The Sanctuary Beach Resort provides accommodations with views of the Pacific Ocean and Marina Dunes. Rooms include beach access, a private patio or deck, a gas fireplace, a wet bar, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV with Pay-Per-View movies. Additional amenities include an iPod or MP3 docking station, binoculars, an in-room safe, and wireless internet. Bath amenities are also included. Suites have a separate sitting area with a sofa bed and a work desk area. The Ocean View Suites, located on the second floor, are 460 square feet and have ocean vistas. ADA-compliant rooms are available with wider doorways, adjusted handles and mirrors, and grab bars in select rooms.

Salt Wood Kitchen & Oysterette features California cuisine, with dishes prepared using local ingredients. The restaurant includes an oyster bar and a live-fire open kitchen. Guests can enjoy meals in the dining room, on the outdoor patio, or at the bar. Salt Wood delivers dishes that utilize the best seasonal local ingredients. Weekend brunch is available on Saturday and Sunday. Sunset Sessions occur daily. Catering services are offered. A private dining area is available at The Pearl Room, which accommodates up to 40 guests.

The resort provides beach access, nightly bonfires, and a heated outdoor pool. Guests have access to a bocce ball court and a volleyball court. Beach yoga is available on Saturday and Sunday. Guided nature walks depart every Saturday and Sunday. Bicycles are available for guest use. The Renewal Studio & Spa provides spa therapies. A sandy space equipped for volleyball, corn hole, and enough space for 75 guests to join in on the games is also available.

The Sanctuary Beach Resort is located off Highway-1, 20 km from Monterey Regional Airport. San Jose International Airport is less than an hour's drive.
