Cabins offer views of Chalk Hill Mountains, Ohlone Ridge, or Franklin Point. Douglas Fir Cabins feature a half bath and access to Comfort Stations with restrooms, indoor hot showers, heated concrete floors, a 24-hour dry sauna, and an outdoor fireplace. Coastal RV units have ocean views facing Franklin Point and include two sets of bunk beds and three flat screen TVs. Coastal Studio RV units offer one queen bed, two bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, two flat screen TVs, a full refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a front porch, and a fire pit. Lodge rooms are located in the two-story North and South Lodge buildings with a king bed or two double beds. Lodge King rooms, on the first or second floor, include French doors opening onto a private patio or balcony. Lodge Premium rooms have large balconies with views of Ohlone Ridge. Lodge Suites have a sitting room with a convertible sleeper sofa, a fireplace, and dual French doors opening onto patios with views of Ohlone Ridge.

Cascade at Costanoa serves California cuisine including local seafood, grilled meats, and fresh salads. Pine Tent is a seasonal destination for open air dining located in the center of the property.
