Arnold Meadowmont Lodge offers 19 rooms. These non-smoking rooms feature free Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV with cable, a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee, a refrigerator, a microwave, a hairdryer, and a luggage rack. Iron and board are available. Make-up remover wipes are provided. Room types include Doubles, Queen, Queen Suite, King, King Suite, and Adjoining Rooms. Some rooms offer inner courtyard views. Pet-friendly rooms are available but are limited; call to reserve.

The lodge does not have onsite dining; however, it is minutes away from the town of Murphys, which has shops and restaurants. El Vaquero (on Highway 4 in Arnold) is family-owned, serving authentic cuisine; try the mole. Bistro Espresso (in the Cedar Center, Arnold) offers a full coffee bar, wine/beer, breakfast, and lunch, open seven days a week, year-round. Arnold Chinese (near Big Trees Market) offers family-owned Chinese cuisine. The Lube Room (in Dorrington) features good food and a full bar. Dogwood offers exceptional food and service, open nightly (except Wednesdays) for dinner. Sequoia Woods Country Club's dining room (private course) is open to the public on Fri/Sat/Sun.

Guests can enjoy activities in the surroundings, including the Arnold Rim Trail for hikers, bikers, and equestrians. Nearby lakes, including Lake Alpine, Utica, Union, and White Pines Lake, provide opportunities for canoeing and kayaking. Fishing spots include Spicer Reservoir, Lake Alpine, Stanislaus River and Beaver Creek. The general trout season is from late April through mid-November. Bear Valley Mountain Resort offers alpine skiing with 67 runs and 10 lifts.

Meadowmont Lodge is located on Highway 4, on the west side of the Ebbetts Pass National Scenic Byway. Calaveras Big Trees State Park is minutes away. The lodge is 100 km from Stockton Metropolitan Airport. Nearby landmarks include Sierra Nevada Logging Museum (3 km), White Pines Lake (3 km), Fine Things (2 km), and Arnold Rim Trail (1 km). It is also close to local wineries.
