REDWOODS RIVER RESORT & CAMPGROUND, Leggett

Redwoods River Resort & Campground has rooms of various sizes, cabins with different configurations, and camping cabins. All rooms include full bedding and towels. Kitchenettes feature a two-burner gas stove, charcoal BBQ, and a complete set of kitchenware. Lodge Room 1 features a 2-story layout with a kitchenette, seating area, full-size refrigerator, and an upstairs loft with floor-to-ceiling windows. Room 4 features a 2-story layout with sleeping areas on the main floor and in the loft, plus a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. Mini-Suites feature electric fireplaces. Paul Revere offers two large sliding glass doors leading to a picnic table facing the playground. Some rooms include a balcony with a pool view. Certain rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to a private deck with a table, chairs, and charcoal BBQ.

Redwoods River Resort & Campground features a restaurant and bar in Leggett. The English Pub offers hot food, beer on tap, and local wines, with two TVs for sports and an outdoor area with fire pits and a Bocce Ball court.

Redwoods River Resort & Campground has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Guests can also swim in the Eel River. There are two playgrounds: Fort McCaffison and Camp Jordan. The Recreation Room has air hockey, foosball, ping pong, and satellite television. Outdoor activities include Bocce Ball, giant Checkers & Twister, Connect Four, Jenga, shuffleboard, volleyball, badminton, and horseshoes. Saturday nights feature Ice Cream Social & Karaoke by the campfire. There is also a rock hunt activity for children.

Redwoods River Resort is on the Eel River and near several state parks. It is across from Confusion Hill. The park is near hiking and biking trails. It features ancient giant Redwoods. The resort has private access to the Eel River, with swimming holes. A 350-yard hiking trail leads to the Eel River.

The store stocks firewood, ice, beverages, and food. Laundry room hours are posted on the door. Service animals are welcomed in all facilities. The park has two bathroom/shower facilities, including wheelchair-accessible shower stalls. Tent sites have a picnic table and fire pit. RV sites feature full hookups with 30 Amp services, water, and electric. Wi-Fi is available.
