Room 4 features a 2-story layout with sleeping areas on the main floor and in the loft, plus a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. Mini-Suites feature electric fireplaces. Paul Revere offers two large sliding glass doors leading to a picnic table facing the playground. Some rooms include a balcony with a pool view. Certain rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to a private deck with a table, chairs, and charcoal BBQ.

Redwoods River Resort is on the Eel River and near several state parks. It is across from Confusion Hill. The park is near hiking and biking trails. It features ancient giant Redwoods. The resort has private access to the Eel River, with swimming holes. A 350-yard hiking trail leads to the Eel River.

The park has two bathroom/shower facilities, including wheelchair-accessible shower stalls. Tent sites have a picnic table and fire pit.
