The hotel offers 32 guest rooms and suites, including rooms in the Hotel Carter, Carter House, Carter Cottage, and Bell Cottage. Rooms include flat-screen TVs with cable, complimentary Wi-Fi, and Keurig coffeemakers. Select rooms feature fireplaces and jetted tubs. Dog-friendly rooms and grand suites are available for guests traveling with pets for an additional $30 fee. The Grand Suites at Hotel Carter include in-room whirlpool spa tubs, fireplaces, walk-in showers, and mini-refrigerators. Restaurant 301 is located in the Hotel Carter and serves California-French cuisine Wednesday through Saturday evenings.
