Cozy Wine Country Retreat
This home is located in the heart of wine country, across the street from the Russian River and 5 km from Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County. It is a short drive to Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Guerneville, and Santa Rosa (15 minutes) and a 25-minute drive to the ocean. The home features heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table, and a patio with garden furniture. Guests have access to free toiletries, a washing machine, a dryer, and an electric kettle. A flat-screen TV and parquet floors are included.
Living and Game Spaces
The living space includes a sleeper sofa and a full kitchen equipped with appliances and furnishings. A 55' flatscreen with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ is available. The game room has a sofa bed, a washer and dryer, board games, an Xbox, a Nintendo Switch, and a classic N64. River gear is provided, including rafts, towels, an umbrella, a blanket, a cooler, and chairs. The game room has its own entrance and deck with views of the forest.
Bedrooms and Bath
Both bedrooms have luxury memory foam mattresses, bedding, and pillows. The bathroom features a rain shower, wand, and decor.
Outdoor Amenities
There are three private decks and an outdoor dining table for eight, an outdoor couch, and a BBQ. A landscaped path leads to a fire pit area with seating for ten. A hammock is available. Off-street parking for one car is provided, with three more spaces available in front.

I particularly appreciate the attention to detail, from the cleanliness to the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable outdoor furniture on both decks. It's an amazing place to unwind.”
