Mine + Farm Inn at Guerneville features 9 rooms, each uniquely styled with premium bedding and private bathrooms. The Forestville room, located on the second floor, includes a waterfall shower and views of California Oak trees. The Jenner Room has a King bed. The Guerneville room, located on the main floor, includes a large tub and separate shower. Some rooms have smart TVs with streaming services, and others offer views of wooded acreage. Carriage House rooms are dog-friendly and have private entrances. Rooms are equipped with device charging stations.

Breakfast includes housemade juices and granola, chia puddings, herbed egg dishes, and grass-fed bacon and sausages from Sonoma Meat Company. Also available are avocado toast and Taylor Lane organic coffee. Ingredients are grown on-site or sourced from Sonoma purveyors. The Inn can accommodate plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. Locally-sourced snacks, wine, beer, and cider are for sale. Guests have access to a 24/7 tea and coffee station, wine glasses, compostable plates, utensils, and a full-size fridge.

Guests can use fire pits, a hot tub, yoga mats, and indoor and outdoor games. The property spans two and a half acres. Guests can walk leashed dogs through the property and adjoining path next to Korbel's vineyards. The Inn also offers cannabis cultivated on-site. Nearby activities include hiking at Armstrong Woods and Bodega Head Trail. Guests can also bike through Sonoma County with bicycle storage available. The Russian River offers opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding.

Mine + Farm Inn is located near Korbel, 25 km from Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport. It is located just outside of town (3 miles). It provides access to Forestville, Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Graton, Duncans Mills, Freestone, and Occidental. Jenner, the town where the mouth of the Russian River meets the Pacific Coast, is a 16-mile drive. The closest river access is across the road from the Inn (May-Oct) at Oddfellows Road.

The Inn offers a text-based check-in and communication system for real-time service. There is enterprise-grade WiFi throughout the property.
