Wuksachi Lodge, in Sequoia National Park, provides guest rooms in separate buildings 100 to 200 yards from the main lodge. Rooms feature upscale, natural décor with native granite rock, oak, cedar and hickory woods. Each room contains a sofa bed, an oversized upholstered chair, a microwave/mini-refrigerator combo, plus an alcove with a seating area and coffee table with a sliding door for privacy. Rooms include private baths, flat panel televisions, telephones, hair dryers, coffee makers, and iron/boards. Ski racks, central heat, daily maid service, premium bedding, and laptop-friendly workspaces are available. Some rooms have tables and two chairs instead of a sofa bed. Deluxe rooms can accommodate a rollaway bed or crib for a maximum occupancy of five people. Slightly larger rooms feature either one king or two queen size beds, a microwave/mini-refrigerator combo, and an oversized upholstered chair. Accessible parking spaces for cars and van-accessible parking spaces are available in the self-parking facility. Standard, Deluxe, and Superior category rooms are available for the physically challenged. Communication features for the deaf or hard of hearing include a visual fire alarm, a phone with flashing light when ringing, and an outlet within 4 feet of the phone for TTY use. All guestrooms provide perks such as premium bedding and laptop-friendly workspaces.
