Waypoint Ventura offers one-of-a-kind rooms a block from the Ventura Pier and a short walk from downtown Ventura. Guests can select from restored vintage trailers, including the 1948 Palace Royale, the 1946 Spartan Manor, or the 1975 Airstream Sovereign. Select trailers are dog-friendly. Each trailer includes perks such as premium bedding and air conditioning, as well as free WiFi and free bottled water. The 1948 Palace Royale features a birch interior, teal color palette, and original refrigerator and stove. The 1946 Spartan Manor includes an Observation Lounge. The 1975 Airstream Sovereign has cork-lined walls. Trailers have a deck with lounge chairs and a view of the surroundings.

Guests can relax on private decks or use communal areas with BBQs and fire pits. Complimentary bikes are available for exploring beaches, surf spots, and hiking trails. The hotel is near the beach, with an ocean breeze. Downtown Ventura is within walking distance. Guests can visit Cemetery Memorial Park (0.5 km), Ventura City Hall (0.5 km), Ventura Botanical Gardens (3 km), and VenTiki Tiki Lounge & Lanai (0.5 km). The promenade meanders to Surfers Point, a known surf spot. Guests can visit the San Buenaventura Mission and historic homes, museums, boutiques, and antique shops. Guest check-in is from 3pm - 9pm, and check-out is on the day of departure. Daily room service is available upon request at no additional charge.
