Washington Square Inn has 15 rooms. The 'Petite' Double Room includes a twin-sized bed and a private shower. This room has bay windows with a partial view of Coit Tower and Saints Peter and Paul Church. Standard Queen Rooms feature a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. Superior King Rooms include a king-size bed, a sitting area, a fireplace, and a private bathroom. Junior Suites have a king-size bed, a sitting area with views of Saints Peter and Paul Church and Washington Square, and a private bathroom. ADA Superior Triple Room features two full beds, views of Saints Peter and Paul Church and Washington Square, and a private ADA-compliant bathroom, with plumbing wrapped with insulation. The mirror, towels, and hair dryer are mounted no higher than 40' above the floor. The room includes a standard roll-in shower with grab bars, a foldable seat, and a hand-held detachable spray unit. Select rooms feature a fireplace or a city view. All rooms include private baths, bath amenities, high-quality bed linens, and complimentary WiFi.

Guests can enjoy a European-style breakfast with pastries, granola, yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, tea, and coffee. There is a tavern, cafe, bakery, market, and Mama's restaurant near the Inn.

Washington Square Inn is located near the Aquarium of the Bay and Pier 39, with shopping, restaurants, a video arcade, street performances, virtual 3D rides, and views of California sea lions. The Inn is giving guests a front-row seat to this lively neighborhood with an Italian accent. The City Lights bookstore and Vesuvio Cafe bar are nearby. The Filbert Steps offer a scenic hike to Coit Tower.

Washington Square Inn is located in North Beach, near Washington Square Park, sidewalk cafes, Mama's, Park Tavern restaurant, and the Liguria Bakery, as well as Saints Peter and Paul Church. The Inn is near Coit Tower and Fisherman's Wharf. Wheelchair access MUST be coordinated with the hotel management prior to check-in.

Washington Square Inn provides baggage storage, free WiFi, a lounge, and daily housekeeping. There is an ice machine, fire alarms with lights, and express check-in/check-out. CCTV is present in common areas and outside the property. The majority of common areas, including the lobby, might offer limited services for those with disabilities. Professionally cleaned rooms, linens washed to local guidelines, mattress and pillow protectors, and washable duvet covers are provided. Cleaning is performed while guests are out of the room, if requested. Infrared thermometers are used before access to the building is allowed.
