The Lodge at Torrey Pines has guest rooms 0 m² to more than 100 m², furnished with Stickley-style furniture. Signature rooms offer approximately 46 m² of accommodations, while Reserve rooms offer approximately 51 m². Palisade Rooms are approximately 56 m² and include fireplaces, with views overlooking the Torrey Pines Golf Course and the California coastline. Each room has Egyptian cotton linen and a bathroom with granite, marble, and an oversized bathtub. Suites include the Palisade Suite (over 100 m²) with views of Torrey Pines Golf Course, a king-size bed, a parlor with a pull-out sofa, a balcony, and a fireplace. The Makinson Suite (over 100 m²) overlooks the 18th hole and includes a king-size bed, a parlor with a pull-out sofa, a balcony, and a fireplace. The Robinson Suite (over 84 m²) provides walk-out access to the 18th green and has a king-size bed and a fireplace. The Thorsen Suite (over 74 m²) overlooks the 18th green and features a king-size bed, a fireplace in the living room, and another fireplace on the 37 m² balcony. The Blacker Suite (over 200 m²) has a central Presidential parlor, balconies, one and a half baths, a full kitchen, and two fireplaces. The Gamble Suite has a central Presidential parlor, one and a half baths, a full kitchen, and two fireplaces, with an option to add a second room.

The Lodge at Torrey Pines is a dining destination for both locals and travelers. A.R. Valentien highlights regional cuisine and has a timbered indoor-outdoor dining room overlooking the 18th hole of Torrey Pines Golf Course; it is named after an early 20th-century California artist. Breakfast is served Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Lunch Mondays to Fridays from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., and Dinner daily from 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. A. R. Valentien Lounge is open Sundays to Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. - Midnight, featuring live music Wednesdays through Fridays from 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. The Grill at Torrey Pines features wood-fired dishes and local craft beers, with an outdoor patio that includes fire pits. Judson's Pool Bar and Outdoor Venue offers a menu, craft cocktails, local beer, and wines.

The Lodge at Torrey Pines has a pool with underwater speakers and a hot tub under a gazebo overlooking the golf course. Yoga classes are 70 minutes long and focus on philosophy, breathing, and postures. Guests can walk or hike through the State Reserve on footpaths from the wooded hilltops to the cliffs, with views of the Pacific. Croquet is available on the Arroyo Terrace. A self-guided scavenger hunt explores the grounds of The Lodge at Torrey Pines. Electric bikes are available for ages 18 and up, on a first-come, first-served basis. Putters are available for use on the Torrey Pines putting green. The fitness center features TechnoGym equipment with televisions, fresh fruit, water, and headphones. The Spa at Torrey Pines has 14 treatment rooms, men's and women's locker rooms, steam and sauna rooms, a relaxation lounge with a fireplace, a cardio/strength room, and an outdoor pool and whirlpool.

The Lodge at Torrey Pines is located in La Jolla, near boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. Nearby landmarks include Black's Beach (3 km), Scripps Beach (5 km), Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography (4 km), Salk Institute (3 km), Torrey Pines State Reserve (2 km), Torrey Pines Gliderport (3 km), and Scripps Institute of Oceanography Coastal Reserve (3 km). The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. Taxis and public shuttles are available at the airport, along with limousine and private transport services. Self-parking is available for $55 per day, and valet service is $65 per day.
