Tahoe Beach & Ski Club provides cabin-inspired condos with living rooms, kitchens or kitchenettes, and wireless internet. The Cabin, also known as the bungalow, has a kitchen, cable TV, a seating area with a sofa, and a patio with a garden view. The Townhouse features a spiral staircase connecting the living room to the bedroom, a cable TV, a seating area, a dining area with a microwave and a refrigerator, and kitchenware. The Studio includes a queen bed, a full sofa sleeper, a living room area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Apartments have two bedrooms, three bathrooms with showers and free toiletries, a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, kitchenware, microwave, and toaster, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a balcony.

Tahoe Beach & Ski Club has activities such as glass etching, trail mix making, bingo, movie nights on the beach, and welcome meetings. Fitness activities include seasonal hikes, mindful morning yoga, and stretching classes on the beach. The Tahoe Room features a pool table, puzzles, board games, 4k flatscreen televisions with streaming, books, free movie rentals, hot tea, coffee, and hot cocoa. Themed and holiday events are offered. Tennis, pickleball, and basketball equipment are available upon request.

Tahoe Beach & Ski Club is located on seven acres next to Lake Tahoe. Bike rack storage and luggage carts are available. Elevators are located in Carson Building 1 and Baldwin Building 5. Guests can use the lobby computer and internet access. There is a ping-pong table and billiards. Sport courts are available for tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball. The outdoor pool is heated year-round and includes lounge chairs and beach views. There are two outdoor hot tubs. The fitness center has cardio equipment, free weights, flat-screen televisions, a sauna, and showers.

The property's private, sandy beach includes space for swimming and sunbathing, gas grills, and shaded tables. All rooms are within walking distance of the beach.

Tahoe Beach & Ski Club is near Ski Run Marina (0.5 km), El Dorado Beach (1 km), and Wyland Galleries (2 km). It is 100 km from Reno-Tahoe International. Access to Heavenly Ski Resort and Stateline, Nevada, is nearby. The Shops at Heavenly Village offer stores, food, a cinema, an ice skating rink, mini golf, a bungee, a gondola, and weekly events. The South Shore casinos, including Casino and Spa and Montbleu Resort, are nearby.
