The Cabin, also known as the bungalow, has a kitchen, cable TV, a seating area with a sofa, and a patio with a garden view. The Studio includes a queen bed, a full sofa sleeper, a living room area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Apartments have two bedrooms, three bathrooms with showers and free toiletries, a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, kitchenware, microwave, and toaster, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a balcony.

Tahoe Beach & Ski Club has activities such as glass etching, trail mix making, bingo, movie nights on the beach, and welcome meetings. Fitness activities include seasonal hikes, mindful morning yoga, and stretching classes on the beach.
