The Inn on First provides rooms and suites, each with unique features. The Noble Vineyard King Honeymoon Suite, located upstairs in the garden suites, features a California King bed, a gas fireplace, an extra-large seating area, and a soaking tub. The Vintage Reserve King Honeymoon Suite includes a California King bed, a gas fireplace, a seating area, a small refrigerator, and a balcony with a cafe table. The Incantment King Lower Garden Suite has a California King bed, a gas fireplace, a heart-shaped soaking tub, and a private enclosed patio. The Heritage Estate King Lower Garden Suite offers a California King bed, a heart-shaped soaking tub, a gas fireplace, and a private enclosed patio, and it is ADA accessible with a roll-in shower. The Sweet Reserve Queen Mansion Room features a Queen-sized bed and a fireplace viewable from both the bed and the soaking tub. The Meritage King Lower Garden Suite includes a California King bed, a soaking tub, and a private enclosed patio. The First Crush King Mansion Room has a California King bed, a soaking tub, and a seating area. The Budding Vine Queen Mansion Room offers a Queen bed, a soaking tub, and windows overlooking First Street. The Angels' Share King Mansion Room features a California King bed and a balcony overlooking the center garden. The Veraison King Mansion Room includes a California King bed and faces a neighbor's Victorian home. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans with occupancy sensors.

The Inn on First offers a breakfast menu prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The inn can accommodate nutritional needs. Guests can enhance their stay with add-ons such as seasonal fruit, hand-crafted crackers, herb Italian breadsticks, and chocolate cupcake truffles. Premium add-ons include hand-crafted chocolate truffles and Mumm Napa Brut Prestige Sparkling Wine.

The Inn on First can arrange activities such as hot air balloon rides with Napa Valley Balloons, including aerial views of Napa Valley with GoPro picture packages. Guests can expand their knowledge on different coffees, blends, and roasts. A private wine tour is available for two to four guests for a minimum of six hours, where you can customize your own itinerary to your favorite wineries, or your driver will assist in planning an itinerary that is customized to your wine palate.

The Inn on First is located steps from Downtown Napa, offering access to restaurants, wineries, and shops. It is 100 km from Sacramento and 55 km from Buchanan Field. Guests traveling from Oakland International Airport can take Highway 37 West to Highway 29. From San Francisco, take Highway 101 North to Highway 37. The Inn on First is near Riverbend Plaza (1 km), Robert Louis Stevenson Monument (0.5 km), and Veterans Memorial Park (1 km).
