The C restaurant + bar, located on the street level, showcases California coastal cuisine using seafood, Angus beef, and local organic produce. The dinner menu includes seafood dishes such as day boat scallops, Hawaiian swordfish, and Dungeness crab salad. The C bar offers appetizers, local wines, and Champagnes. Breakfast is served 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM on weekends. Dinner hours are 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM on weekends.
