TENAYA AT YOSEMITE, Fish Camp

Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite features rooms in the Main Lodge, Cottage Rooms and Suites, and two-bedroom Explorer Cabins. Standard rooms have slate-grey down comforters, fabric-covered lounge chairs, and a wooden writing desk. All guestrooms include premium bedding, air conditioning, and free WiFi. Main Lodge rooms mix contemporary décor with woodsy touches, such as stone fireplaces and exposed timber beams. Premium Rooms offer either one king-size bed or two queen-size beds and bathrooms with granite countertops. Spa Rooms include a king-size bed, a sitting area with overstuffed chairs, a coffee table, a sleeper sofa, a wet bar, and a bathroom with an oversized jetted tub and separate rain shower. Explorer Cabins offer two bedrooms, a living room, a covered porch, a wet bar area with a compact fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Tenaya Lodge offers gourmet dining at its on-site restaurant. The Sierra Restaurant has a stone fireplace and local produce, meats, and seafood. The restaurant hosts a breakfast spread of hot and cold dishes. Guests can also stop by Parkside Deli, which has a coffee bar and small shop, or enjoy quick meals at Jackalope's Bar and Grill. Most restaurants offer kids' menus. Romantic Embers steakhouse is a place for a drink.

Tenaya at Yosemite provides activities such as guided hikes, archery, and seasonal snowshoeing. Guests can relax with spa treatments, from massages to manicures. The Ascent Spa includes steam rooms, saunas, and a fitness center with cardio and weight training equipment. There's also an ice-skating rink and a sledging hill for children. Other facilities include swimming pools, a children's pool, a games room, and a gym.

Tenaya at Yosemite is south of Yosemite National Park's entrance, requiring a car for access. The park's southern visitor hub at Wawona, with a store, petrol station, post office, and information center, is a 15-minute drive north of the lodge.
