The 20 rooms feature concrete floors with inlaid pebbles, plush pillow-top mattresses with luxurious Italian linens, and unique artwork. All rooms include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and bathrobes. Bathrooms feature rain showers, and many include horse troughs as bathtubs. Most rooms have private patios. The Poolside Rooms include queen beds and open showers. Garden Rooms are located in the garden section and have king beds. The Cabin has a full-size SMEG refrigerator, microwave, coffee brewer, and kitchen sink, with a dining/living area separated from the bedroom; it features a king bed. The Owner's Suite features a separate living area, gas fireplace, and a king-size bed. Accessible rooms are available upon request, featuring raised toilet frames, shower seats, and grab bars in the shower and toilet.
Onsite dining
The Barn Kitchen offers American cuisine, influenced by the Coachella Valley, small local farms, and the desert. It is open daily for lunch from 11 am to 2 pm and for dinner from 5 pm to 9 pm. The bar remains open until 11 pm for hotel guests, serving microbrews, wine, and spirits. Continental breakfast, included in the daily resort fee, features homemade bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, granola, cheese, and charcuterie. Vittoria coffee and espresso are also available. The Barn Kitchen is recommended by the Michelin Guide as one of their favorite Palm Springs restaurants.

The massage tent offers treatments such as the Sparrows Custom Massage (60 or 90 minutes), Prenatal Massage (60 minutes), Two Birds Couples Massage (60 or 90 minutes), and Whole Body Purification Treatment (90 minutes). Tent materials include wood, stone, and canvas designed to make the experience unique and feel like you are a part of the outdoor gardens.

Sparrows Lodge is 5 km from Palm Springs International. Outdoor activities await at Joshua Tree National Park, the Living Desert, and the Aerial Tram. Golf is available at Tahquitz Canyon and Indian Canyons. Sparrows Lodge is walking distance to Koffi and the Appertito Italian deli.
