Sands Hotel & Spa offers 46 guest rooms, including two suites and one presidential suite, each designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard. Each room includes Dyptique bath products, full-size in-room mini bars with vintage crystal stemware, Waterworks brass fixtures, Revival New York bed linens, and Carrara Marble counter tops. Entertainment is provided via a system compatible with Spotify, iTunes, and Netflix. Classic King rooms are 300 square feet and feature one king bed, while Superior King rooms are 325 square feet and include a balcony or patio. Deluxe King rooms offer 350 square feet, a separate seating area with a custom sofa, and an oversized bathroom with a separate bathtub. Deluxe Double Queen rooms feature two queen beds and 325 square feet of space. Junior Suites, at 400 square feet, include a large living area, an oversized outdoor patio, and an outdoor bathtub. Le Riad, the hotel's 1,000-square-foot presidential suite, includes two stories, two outdoor patios, a balcony, a full kitchen with Viking appliances, a billiards table, and a dressing/makeup vanity.

The Pink Cabana restaurant features Mediterranean cuisine with a Moroccan influence, crafted by Chef Jason Niederkorn. The restaurant offers ingredient-driven dishes and customizes culinary requests to exact needs. The Pink Cabana also provides wines from Mediterranean climates, seasonal cocktails, and a selection of aperitifs and digestifs. Weekday continental breakfast is complimentary for in-house guests in the hotel lobby, until breakfast services resumes at the end of summer. The Pink Cabana has received world-renowned accolades from Condé Nast Traveler, LA Times, and Forbes.

The Sands' spa includes three treatment rooms, with couples options. Services feature naturally-sourced ingredients from Morocco, combining traditional Western techniques with detoxifying minerals and botanicals. Treatments include the Royal Massage (60 minutes for $180, 90 minutes for $260) with Swedish strokes, Royal Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage (60 minutes for $190, 90 minutes for $275), Prenatal Massage, Sands Body Scrub, Royal Rhassoul Body Treatment (90 minutes for $280), Royal Signature Facial (60 minutes for $180), and Moroccan Radiance Facial (90 minutes for $260). Additional services include Scalp Treatment (30 minutes, + $85), Soothing Spine Treatment (60 minutes), Lip Treatment (15 minutes +$45), and Dry Brushing (15 minutes +45). Spa services are available daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. by appointment.

Sands Hotel & Spa is located near the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and El Paseo Shopping District. The Coachella Polo Grounds are a short drive away. Pink Cabana Restaurant is available for cocktail hours or dinners, with a maximum capacity of 80 seated guests or 180 in cocktail format (full hotel buyout required to book the entire restaurant; events up to 42 guests may be accommodated without such requirement using one side of the restaurant). Poolside dining is available for up to 180 guests with a full hotel buyout.
