Point Arena Lighthouse offers accommodations in historic Keeper's Quarters and Studios. Options range from studios with queen beds, refrigerators, microwaves, and Wi-Fi to three-bedroom houses with fully stocked kitchens and wood-burning fireplaces. All rooms feature views of the Pacific Ocean and the lighthouse. Some units are pet-friendly and ADA compliant with twin beds and accessible bathrooms. All accommodations include towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. Guests also get a bottle of Husch Vineyards wine and Mendocino Chocolate Company chocolates.
Dining at the Lighthouse
Guests can purchase waffles (including gluten-free options) and organic baked goods from THE FARM in the Fog Signal Building. The cottages include fully stocked kitchens. Furthermore, restaurants can be found in Point Arena and Elk, a short drive away.
Tours and Outdoor Museum
Guests can take free tours of the Lighthouse Tower and Fog Signal Building Museum. The 23-acre Outdoor Museum features the Stone Entry Fence, Druids Circle, and Shiprock installation. The Light Station Labyrinth offers a meditative space. The Lighthouse Tower is open for tours daily, approximately every 20 minutes, and Full Moon Night Tours are scheduled on the Saturday closest to each full moon for $50 per ticket.
