Palihouse Santa Monica is a boutique beach lodge with 38 rooms including classic rooms, studio residences, one and two-bedroom guest suites. Most rooms feature fully equipped kitchens, separate vanity rooms, and walk-in closets. The design incorporates custom furnishings by Avi Brosh and bespoke wallpaper from Abnormals Anonymous. Penthouse Two spans 930 square feet (86 square meters) and includes two Queen bedrooms with beds outfitted in Bellino Fine Linens, private bathtub and shower with Diptyque bath amenities, 50'' TVs with premium channels, a balcony, and an interior courtyard.

Palihouse Santa Monica offers a menu that changes seasonally. A small café serves breakfast and lunch, including salads such as roasted cauliflower and quinoa or salmon and warm grains. Breakfast, included for weekend stays, features items like ricotta toast and the Paliscramble-egg whites with courgette, avocado, tomato, goats cheese, pepitas, and kale chips. The culinary team sources produce from the Santa Monica Farmers Market.
