Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa has 173 rooms. Standard rooms offer a King or 2 Queen beds on the opposite side of the facility, not facing the lake. Lakeside rooms available with King or 2 Queen beds on the same side of the facility as the lake. Lakeside Balcony rooms include a King or 2 Queen beds and balconies on the same side of the facility as the lake. Lakeside suites are postioned on the same side of the facility as the lake, beach and/or pool, and feature a balcony on the same side of the facility as the lake, living room, wet bar, and seperate King Bed room and bathroom with deep soaking bath tub and walk-in shower. Each room includes natural wood accents, linens, and views of the San Bernardino National Forest.

Bin 189 serves contemporary American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can enjoy lake views and creative cocktails, microbrews and wines by the glass served in front of a stone fireplace. The venue includes a bar complete with tree stumps, antler chandeliers and offers dishes, and custom cocktails. The resort also has Aroma's Coffee Shop. Magnum Dining Room holds up to 22 guests and features a premium wine selection.

Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa features an outdoor heater pool and hot tubs, a private lake beach, and a fitness studio.
