The Inn at Moonlight Beach offers five suites, each designed to awaken the senses. Suites feature a pot of herbal tea, a sound machine, purified air, and fresh flowers. Each suite includes at least one bed and a sofa bed. Select suites have kitchenettes and secluded entrances. The Moonlight Courtyard Suite, on the second floor (stairs required), has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower stall and a deep soaking tub. The Moonlight Garden Suites, on the ground floor, feature a king bed, a full sofa bed, a private deck, a garden, a water fountain, and a meditation space. The Moonlight Ocean Breeze Suite, on the second floor (stairs required), has a king bed, a sofa bed, a private deck, and a bathroom with a soaking bathtub and a walk-in shower. The Full Moon One-Bedroom Suite, on the second floor (stairs required), includes a private living and dining area, a deck, and a kitchenette overlooking the biodynamic vegetable garden.

A complimentary breakfast basket is delivered each morning with juices, multi-grain toast with gourmet fruit jams or local raw honey, and overnight oats and yogurt parfait. Vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, and raw options are available. Guests can order meals from nearby restaurants, including Waverly and Herb & Sea, or enjoy pizza from Blue Ribbon Artisan Pizzeria. Chiko Modern Korean and Chinese Cuisine is also nearby. Artisan S'mores kits are available for purchase.

The Inn at Moonlight Beach is a spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests can participate in meditation at 6:30 am by the Moonlight Beach Lifeguard Station. The Coaster light rail train provides access to Oceanside, San Juan Capistrano, and Downtown San Diego.
