Another includes an 80-inch large screen TV, a two person jacuzzi tub, a tin roof, and a separate King bedroom with a partial ocean view. A sitting area includes a 55-inch large screen TV. Rooms also feature a wet room with a 55-inch screen TV above a double-sided fireplace. The living room includes recliners, a 70-inch TV, a fireplace with books and artifacts from New Zealand.
