Family Unit - Lower Cottage rooms include one double bed, twin bunk beds, living space, and a small kitchen. Family Unit - Upper Cottage units include one king-sized bed, living space with a queen sized pull-out-couch, and a small kitchen. The 2 Bedroom Family Unit Cottage includes two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a double bed), a loft area with a double bed, TVs, a couch, and a small kitchen; there is one set of stairs from the sidewalk. Jack and Jill Cottages feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms set up like a connecting room with three beds, a TV in each room, and a small desk in one room; steps are required to access. Connecting rooms, landing areas, and kitchenette units are available for families, groups, and beach goers.

The Dive Bar provides a setting inspired by Catalina Island. The bar offers wine and beer.
