Granlibakken's Chef Gene Roberts prepares buffets, including Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, Mahi Mahi Sauté, and Top Sirloin with Maitre D'Hotel Butter. A 'build your own soup and sandwich' lunch buffet is available. A breakfast buffet is served. The Cedar House Pub offers comfort food. Rusty's American Lunch restaurant, located at the base of the ski hill, features soups, chicken fingers, nachos, and hot dogs.
