Granlibakken Tahoe has hotel bedrooms, suites, townhomes, and full lodges. All options include living areas and kitchens with a full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and glassware. Suites have a primary bedroom with a king bed, an alcove bedroom with a double bed, a shared bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, and a balcony. The Big Pine Lodge features seven bedrooms, a great room that opens to a patio and lawn, a meeting room, and a commercial kitchen. The 1,125 square-foot Cedar House has a stone fireplace and a deck.

Granlibakken's Chef Gene Roberts prepares buffets with dishes such as Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, Mahi Mahi Sauté, and Top Sirloin with Maitre D'Hotel Butter, plus a 'build your own soup and sandwich' lunch buffet. A breakfast buffet is available. The Cedar House Pub offers comfort food. Rusty's American Lunch restaurant, located in the Ski Hut, provides soups, chicken fingers, nachos, and hot dogs, along with snacks, hot and cold drinks, and beer and wine. Weekly dining specials are available at Cedar House Pub. Granlibakken provides catering for special dietary needs.

Granlibakken has a ski and snowboard hill with two surface lifts and a warming hut. Other amenities include a sled hill, zip lines, the Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park, a heated lap and wading pool, a hot tub, hiking and biking trails, tennis and pickleball courts, a yoga and meditation space, and a day spa. High Altitude Training Center is available. The Lighthouse Spa Mountainside provides day spa services. Guests get discounted lift tickets at Palisades Tahoe. Cross-country ski rentals and snowshoe rentals are available. A 1-mile forest loop trail is on site, with fitness training stations. Washers and dryers are located on the first floor of the Main Lodge and in Big Pine Lodge. The resort provides airport shuttle service with North Lake Tahoe Express.
