Room 507 includes one full-size bed plus one single bed, fitting up to three adults with a bathroom down the hall shared with Room 506. Two rooms with an interconnecting door include Room 306 with a queen bed and a private bathroom and Room 305 with two twin beds sharing Room 306's bathroom. Queen-sized beds come with wood headboards and a seating area with two chairs and a table.

Guests are brought orange juice and a basket of croissants from local bakery Bakers of Paris. A custom blended Breakfast at Tiffany's loose-leaf tea, a Leland Tea Company take on the classic English Breakfast tea, is available as morning black tea. Coffee is a Mocha Java medium roast, blended from washed Ethiopian Sidama and wet-processed Indonesian. Nighthawks' Royal Decaf is a blend of light and dark roasts grown in Mexico and naturally decaffeinated using the water process method. Complimentary baked goods are served daily in the front parlor, main floor from 8:00 am until 10:30 am. The amenity fee includes breakfast buffet at Jeanne D'arc, located at the sister property, Cornell Hotel.
