Glorietta Bay Inn has accommodations in the Spreckels Mansion and surrounding contemporary buildings. Guests choose from Historic Mansion Accommodations and Contemporary Rooms. The Penthouse Suite, located on the mansion's third floor, includes a picture window with views of the bay and island, and a private deck. The Spreckels Suite features a kitchenette and a balcony with views of Glorietta Bay. Accessible rooms feature an accessible bathtub with shower lift chair and grab bars. A few rooms still have wall safes dating back to the early 1920s. One-bedroom suites provide a king size bedroom, a separate living room area with a sofa bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Some rooms offer a peek at Glorietta Bay or the Coronado Bay Bridge.

The property provides a hot continental breakfast in the historic mansion. The Spreckels Lounge features club seating and a piano. Wines and craft beers accompany food pairings.
