The Franciscan Hotel has Spanish-style rooms and suites. The King Guestroom has a king-size bed, a mini fridge, and a coffee/tea maker. The Queen Queen Guestroom, located upstairs in the Western wing, has two queen beds, a mini fridge, and a tea/coffee maker. The Deluxe King with Balcony, situated in the Edgewater wing on the second story, includes a private balcony, a king-size bed, and a mini fridge. The Executive King Guestroom Accessible, located on the ground floor, offers ADA accessibility and includes a queen bed. The Junior King Suite has a king bed. The Franciscan suites feature a queen-size sofa bed. The Palm Suite is ADA compliant and includes several windows. The Manager's Suite has a king bed, a desk, and an LED flat-screen TV. The Edgewater Suite has a queen-size bedroom downstairs, a loft with a queen bed, and a full kitchenette. The Santa Barbara Suite, located upstairs in the Western wing, is comprised of a living room with a pull-out couch and a king-sized bed.

The Franciscan Inn provides a continental breakfast. Guests can purchase beverages and snacks from the Gift Shop, which include SmartWater, Sparkling Water, Gatorade, Redbull, Pringles, Brownie Brittle, Pistachios and Haribo Gummy Selection and more.

The Franciscan Inn Santa Barbara features an outdoor pool heated to 82° F, open from 9 AM to 10 PM daily, and a hot tub heated to 104° F, open from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM daily. A guest laundry facility is located in the Hot Tub area, open from 9AM-9PM daily with coin-operated machines: Washer $2.50 & Dryer $2.00. Detergent and Fabric softener are available for $1.25 per box. The hotel includes complimentary parking and ice machines. Fans, cribs, sewing kits, wine openers and first aid supplies are available by request. A security guard is on property from 11PM to 7AM daily.

The Franciscan Hotel is in West Beach, one block from the beach and harbor and a 10-minute walk from Santa Barbara Amtrak.
