ForFriends Inn is designed for groups of friends, extended families, and colleagues. The Inn provides well-appointed California Craftsman bungalows that are larger than typical inn rooms. These studio layouts include heirloom quality furniture, kitchenettes with quartz countertops, premium finishes, and quiet appliances. Each offers high-speed internet, a private porch, and parking. The Brick Barn room features a handcrafted wrought iron king size bed, a cast iron gas fireplace, and a bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower for two. Custom studio layouts include Amish-made bedroom furniture, kitchenettes with granite countertops, premium finishes, quiet appliances, private porches with rocking chairs, and on-site parking. One bungalow includes one California King bed and a Queen pull-out couch, accommodating up to four people. Guests can choose eight elegant rooms, six in the main house, the two-story Sunstone Tower, or the cozy Kalyra Cottage. Each room provides a seating area with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Select rooms have a fireplace and large balcony. The bungalows include air conditioning, a living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave, and a tea and coffee maker. Some bungalows feature soundproof walls, flat-screen TVs with streaming services, city views, and wine/champagne. Some units offer two beds, others one bed.

Every day at ForFriends Inn starts with a three-course breakfast. The meal includes homemade granola, breads, and egg dishes. Guests can walk to top restaurants that can handle any size group. Buttonwood is named after Buttonwood Farm and Winery & Vineyard, located near the Inn.

ForFriends Inn is located on nearly an acre in downtown Santa Ynez and features 9000 ft2 under roof. The Inn includes a balcony overlooking the garden. The wine garden is accessible via a wheelchair ramp. Guests can enjoy a private balcony with mountain views and the relaxation of a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo in the master bath. There are 11' ceilings adorned in Great Pacific Northwest timber reminiscent of the California Gold Rush era. Sunstone Tower is a two-story suite. Kalyra Cottage offers total privacy.
