Clementine Hotel & Suites provides suites with beds, TVs, and full kitchens. All suites are non-smoking. Studio Suites offer mobility accessible rooms. Studio, One Bedroom suites include parking for one vehicle. Bi-Level and Two Bedroom suites include parking for two vehicles. Suites offer complimentary wireless high-speed internet, air-conditioning, and a living/sitting area. Cable/satellite HDTV with premium movie channels is included, along with an alarm clock with AM/FM radio. Each suite has a phone with voicemail, a dining area with a table, a sofa with a bed pullout, and lounge chairs. The Bi-Level Loft Suite has a downstairs bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a loft bedroom with one king-sized bed. It occupies 700 square feet and is located on the 2nd floor via stairs. This suite includes hearing accessible rooms with visual alarms and visual notification devices. The Two-Bedroom Suite features a first bedroom with one queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with two queen-sized beds. It includes two bathrooms, 800 square feet of space, a living room with a privacy wall, and high, vaulted ceilings. A dining table for four, a fireplace, three HDTVs, and three phones are included. This room type also offers hearing accessible rooms with visual alarms and visual notification devices.

Guests can enjoy a hot breakfast buffet that includes fruits, eggs, oatmeal, pastries, and waffles. The Clementine Mart, located in the lobby, offers items for purchase. Other comfortable places to relax outdoors including the pool area that has lots of covered tables and two hot tubs. Guests are free to play tennis, basketball, or volleyball from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., daily.

The Clementine Hotel & Suites features a heated outdoor pool, open daily from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. An on-site playground and a kid's room are available. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available; laundry is accessible 24/7, and dry cleaning is available Monday through Friday. The hotel offers a birthday package and group booking assistance.
