Ranch Dining Experience
Meals at Beltane Ranch feature fruits, veggies, olive oil, and herbs grown on the property. The garden and orchard provide the kitchen with heirloom produce and herbs. A late summer ranch tradition includes a popup meal, prepared over an open fire and paired with estate wines. Favorites include locally raised steak with salsa verde and vegetables from the garden, house Zinfandel reduction sauce, and galettes for pudding using pears or apples from the orchard. Estate Chef Neil Corsten has 15 years of Michelin-starred experience. A ranch-sourced breakfast is served. Lunch is available select Thursday-Sundays.
Activities and Features
Guests can explore the property, play horseshoes, and hike. There's also a horseshoe pit, a preserved 19th-century 'roadhouse' festooned in ivy, and slightly wayward flower gardens and various chill-out areas. Guests can hop in a four-wheel drive to check out the donkeys, longhorn cattle, and horses. The property features heritage breed laying hens in a retrofitted, recycled, mobile coop. The property provides over 100 acres of open space, including vineyards, an olive orchard, and a produce garden. The property cultivates regenerative agriculture and is recognized as an Agricultural Preserve.
