The William & Mildred Suite includes a king posturepedic bed, a convertible sofa bed, a kitchenette, two gas fireplaces, two bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub), and a private deck. All rooms have decks looking down the grassy hill to a fringe of cypress trees and the ocean. Newspapers, a fax machine, and a photocopier are available.
