THE EDEN HOUSE VINEYARD, Templeton

The Eden House Vineyard Bed & Breakfast is located on a 100-acre working ranch in Templeton, in the Paso Robles wine region. San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport is 50 km away. The property includes 850 olive trees and 30 acres of grape vines, plus a small orchard, vegetable garden, flower gardens, and sitting areas. Guests can see wild turkeys and cattle on the grounds.

The Eden House Vineyard has 4 air-conditioned rooms with Smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The Grenache Suite features two rooms with a king size bed, a full-mirrored closet, and a balcony overlooking the lower gardens and creek. The Viognier Suite, on the second story, features a king size bed, an oversized shower, and a deep soaking tub for two, plus window seats with orchard and garden views. Guests can hike hillside vineyards or the flat back 30 acres. The vineyard consists of 22,000 vines planted on 27 acres, including Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, Viognier, and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. Tours are available at over 200 wineries within 24 km. Eighty percent of the vineyard is on hilltops with north-south and northeast-southwest slopes.
