Rooms with Character

The Chanric Inn, a seven-room bed-and-breakfast in a luxurious Victorian house, features upscale rooms with modern art and marble rainfall showers. Each room includes an iPod docking station, plush bathrobe, hairdryer, ironing facilities, a sitting area, carpeted or parquet floor, and free toiletries. Some rooms offer natural light. One room includes a large bathroom with a separate whirlpool tub. All rooms provide a marble shower in the private en suite bathroom. Low vaulted ceilings and awkwardly placed doors add character. King and queen super pillow-top mattresses with fluffy down comforters, double-down pillows and luxurious linens offer cozy comfort.

Dining at Chanric's

The Chanric's free daily breakfast includes plenty of fresh fruit and savory dishes like Boudin Blanc aux Pommes, smoked-salmon rolls with eggplant caviar, and chocolate and chestnut terrines. Guests are welcomed with a glass of champagne and chocolate truffles. Free wine and cheese with sweets are provided. Much of the produce used in the cuisine comes from the grounds.
