Sierra Mar treats guests to a farm-driven dining experience complemented by an award-winning wine list and views of the Pacific Ocean. Guests can discover the exquisite Chef's Garden, located down in the meadow, where you 'll find an array of fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers in bloom. Sierra Mar offers a four-course, prix fixe dinner menu which changes daily, along with selections from Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning wine menu from vast Grand Award-winning wine cellar, with over 15,000 bottles and 3,200 selections. Dinner offers a seasonal, four-course prix-fixe menu that changes daily and is inspired by ingredients from dynamic Chef's Garden. The Sommelier Selections list features a curated list of some of favorites that are available both by the bottle and by the glass. Guests can enjoy an array of dishes and flavors artfully prepared using locally foraged ingredients often discovered along the lush coastline and the nearby mountains, along with those grown here at Post Ranch in bountiful Chef's Garden. The garden-centric, prix-fixe menu is featuring a shared platter of seasonal small bites presented on a custom-carved wood board, followed by a Farmer's Market Salad for the table and a selection of a hearty main course.
Breakfast and In-Room Dining
Guests are treated to a sumptuous cooked-to-order breakfast featuring eggs, omelets, fresh juices, seasonal fruits and berries, bagels, house-made granola, fresh-baked pastries, unique jams and savory meats. A complimentary breakfast can be enjoyed each morning at Sierra Mar either indoors in the dining room or outdoor on the patio. A sumptuous complimentary breakfast offering an assortment of Californian staples from own Chef's Garden and the surrounding farms and terroir. Lunch and snacks, including sandwiches, salads, pizzas and more are available all day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are available in our in-room dining menu. Dinner can be ordered from the Expanded Ranch Dinner menu or the in-room dining menu. The Ranch Dinner menu providing guests with a salad, soup, protein, vegetable and dessert for two. The Ranch Dinner menu offers choosing between an array of menu selections for each course.
