Villas: Layout and Features
Gondola Vista offers newly constructed villas with mountain design. It has 4-bedroom (2,870 sq. ft., max 8 guests), 5-bedroom (3,616 sq. ft., max 10 guests), and 6-bedroom (3,616 sq. ft., max 12 guests) options. Each villa has a garage. Four-bedroom villas include three bedrooms on the lower level (two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom, one king bedroom with en-suite bathroom) and a master suite with a fireplace and heated bathroom floors on the upper level. The five-bedroom villas feature an entertainment area on the ground floor, an open-plan living area with a gas fireplace on the main floor, and three bedrooms on the top floor. The six-bedroom villas have two bedrooms on the ground floor, a main floor with kitchen and living areas, and three bedrooms on the top floor. Select 4-bedroom units feature a hot tub. All villas come with a kitchen, dining area, and patio with a gas grill and fireplace.

Each villa has a gourmet kitchen. It allows for meals with family and friends. Safeway is the closest grocery store, as Raley's is under renovation.
Leisure and Activities

Gondola Vista is on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. It backs Van Sickle Bi-State Park and is under the Heavenly Gondola, behind the Casinos and Heavenly Shopping Village. The city of South Lake Tahoe is steps away. Reno-Tahoe International Airport is 95 km away.
