Terrace Queen Rooms feature a queen bed, a sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a patio overlooking the garden and stone bridge; some include a sofa bed. Terrace Petite Rooms offer a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a semi-private patio with garden and stone bridge views; pets are allowed with notice and a fee. Queen Balcony Rooms have a queen bed, chairs, a corner view, and a balcony overlooking the Eel River, stone bridge, and gardens. Historical Queen Rooms are smaller and offer a queen bed and a view of the terrace or garden. Deluxe Queen Rooms are larger, with a queen bed and views of the terrace, garden, stone bridge, or Reed Mountain. Premium Queen Rooms have a queen bed and views of the Eel River, Stone Bridge, Reed Mountain, or Terrace Courtyard. Historical King Rooms include a California King bed and bay windows with views of Reed Mountain and the Rose Garden; these rooms do not have TVs. Premium King Rooms have a California king bed, a flat-screen TV, a sitting area, and a mini-refrigerator with juices, facing the Eel River. Twin Rooms offer two single beds and views of the terrace, garden, stone bridge, or Reed Mountain; TVs are not available.
Dining at Benbow
The Benbow Historic Inn has a restaurant serving dinner nightly from 5 PM to 9 PM, with the bar opening at 3 PM and serving a bar food menu from 3 PM to 10 PM. The restaurant hours are brunch from 8 AM to 2 PM on Saturday and Sunday only, and dinner from 5 PM to 9 PM nightly. The Lost French Man, known for wood-fired pizza, is located in Redway. Breakfast is available in the Lobby Bar for all guests. Until further notice, the restaurant is serving only hotel and KOA guests for dinner, with last seating at 8:30 PM (7:45 PM on Wednesdays). A bar menu is available from 3 PM to 5 PM, and guests can sit on the front porch or the bar. Thanksgiving dinner is served from 2 PM to 8 PM. Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner include Prime Rib. A Prix Fixe menu, dancing, hats and noisemakers, and a fireworks show are offered on New Year's Eve.

Benbow Historic Inn provides complimentary tea and scones from 3 PM to 4 PM daily in the upper lobby, in-room sherry, and newspapers. The Inn is ADA compliant with a new elevator, lower lobby check-in area, two meeting rooms, and public restrooms. There are three ADA compliant rooms. The hot tub has accessible ladders and steps. The hotel welcomes service dogs and has pet-designated rooms in the Terrace Building for a fee. Late check-out is available until 12 PM when possible. Event spaces are available for business events, meetings, banquets, receptions, and parties. All function rooms include tables, chairs, linens, and beverage service.
