Choices include view rooms, one- and two-bedroom suites, accessible rooms, and pet-friendly options (with a $40 deep cleaning fee for pet stays). Select 5-STAR SUITES, built in 2020, feature a bay view from both the living room and bedroom, a front deck or patio, a two-sided fireplace, polished concrete floors, a two-room bath with double sinks, and a kitchenette with a gas cooktop. Some rooms, like the 440 s-f King suite, have a private garden just outside the bedroom door. Others have river rock fireplace and patriotic quilts. Many rooms provide views of Morro Bay from two windows, angled for a wide panorama. All accessible lever door handles, light switches, fan switches, card key light switch, and the security latch are at 44 " height or less. ADA rooms include an ADA roll-in shower 30 "deep by 60 " wide with folding seat, grab bars, detachable shower head, accessible faucet and soap-shampoo-conditioner dispenser at accessible height. One room has a contemporary style with polished concrete floors and a wall of glass that opens to the bay front. Some have a Nectar Sleep king bed facing a two-sided fireplace, artwork and 50 " 4K TV.
